About DK Investigations

DK Investigations was founded by Danielle Kirkpatrick, a licensed New York State Private Investigator with more than 10 years of experience in insurance fraud and claims investigations.

Danielle specializes in Special Investigative Unit (SIU) casework across workers' compensation, auto, homeowners, construction and complex general liability claims. Her background includes covert and overt surveillance, recorded statements and interviews, scene investigations, and OSINT and social media research. She is proficient in LexisNexis, IRB and TLO.

Before founding DK Investigations, Danielle held investigative and leadership roles with several New York firms, including supervising a nationwide team of investigators. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina Upstate and training in Interview and Interrogation with Forensic Statement Analysis.
